ORDERS & RETURNS INFORMATION
We want to make shopping as easy as possible for you, so we offer various ways for you to pay for your order.
PAY ONLINE WITH PAYPAL:
Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, JCB or American Express are all accepted and processed securely through PayPal. you don’t even need a PayPal account of your own, though the process tends to be quicker if you do and you’ll be able to pay with funds stored in your PayPal account.
PAY WITH CASH, CHEQUE OR POSTAL ORDER:
We make absolutely sure that all payments are privacy protected, but we can also accept cheques, postal orders and cash payments if you feel more comfortable using one of these methods. We don’t recommend that you send cash through the post but our correspondence address is listed at the bottom of the site if you prefer to post your order. We do recommend that you send us an email too, just so we know to expect your letter.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged or you believe a product is faulty, please contact us using the contact form we have provided, via email at email@example.com or call us on 07504 933084 between 9:00 am and 5.00pm GMT, Monday to Friday and we’ll arrange a replacement for you.
If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us and we will do what we can to arrange replacement products or refunds.
However, please note that we are unable to accept returns of any underwear, toys or any other intimate products.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you change your mind you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund if you do so within 7 days.
Due to the intimate nature of many of the products we sell we ask that, should you wish to cancel, any products are returned in the original, unopened packaging.
